Product Introduction
The spinning (single/double) rough surface HDPE geomembrane is engineered through a specialized secondary roughening process applied to a smooth HDPE geomembrane base. This process uses an advanced geomembrane roughening unit that thermally or mechanically alters the surface to create a uniformly textured finish, either on one side (single rough) or both sides (double rough). The resulting surface significantly enhances the material’s interface friction characteristics, which are crucial in applications involving steep slopes or layered construction materials.
The column point HDPE geomembrane, on the other hand, is manufactured from high-quality virgin HDPE resin using a high-precision flat die extrusion technique. During this process, the material is formed with a pattern of consistent, small, raised points—resembling tiny columns—on one or both sides of the sheet. This unique surface design significantly improves friction between the geomembrane and adjacent soils, geotextiles, or structures, thus increasing stability in composite lining systems.
